ISO 9001 Accredited
Our management systems are accredited to ISO 9001 and the company and its employees are committed to Continuous Improvement to systems, products and services to our customers. Our certification reinforces our commitment to quality, customer care and satisfaction.
Being Certified means:
- We are recognised nationally and internationally for the quality of our management systems.
- Our systems are regularly reviewed by external monitors to ensure that we are doing what we say we are doing.
- We are now eligible to use the Certification logo below to demonstrate our compliance both in Australia and Internationally.
To achieve and maintain Certification we need to:
- Document our policies, processes and procedures - this assists all Stirlings Performance Steels staff to determine how we do things.
- Identify any opportunities where we could deliver even better service.
- Implement an annual audit program to aid with processes of continual improvement.
Certification
As part of our Total Quality Assurance, we provide certification for the entire range of stock.
Stirlings Performance Steels can provide three levels of certification:
- Letter of Conformity - A letter addressed from Stirlings confirming product type and grade.
- Material certificate - EN10204.3.1 Certification available, stating basic chemical and physical properties, transferred exactly from the original certificate by our authorised officer.
- Original Mill Certificate - Being a copy of the original, is available strictly on application only, at the discretion of our Quality Manager.
These certificates are available upon request, just ask your sales representative when you place your order, and they will be more than happy to organise them for you.
Quality Policy
Our Company is committed to growth that will be achieved through compliance with and continuous improvement of our Management Systems, ongoing team training and the continuous investment in capital resources.
